The Workshop's offers (Angebote)
The Workshop offers a learning-space in which skills for co-operation and conflict handling can develop and evolve. Our foundations are concepts of civil, non-violent conflict handling, non-violent conflict resolution and action experiences of non-violent social movements. On this basis the Workshop performs out action-oriented educational work with individuals, groups, institutions and movements.
In action-oriented seminars and trainings we hand over knowledge and experiences. Our educational services are demanded by institutions for adult-education and interested groups.
We support groups and initiatives from the social movements in their planning, actions and campaigns by means of training, mediations and facilitating.
To professionals and other interested actors we offer education and continuing training in three fields.
The Workshop usually acts on request. You can send an request online.

Contributing in different ways (Mit-Wirken)
Peace work is work at the basis. Preparing the ground for a liveable future - this is a goal worth striving for. Some contribute time and political commitment, others support the work financially. You can contribute to the work of the Workshop in different ways:
In the Workshop political commitment is combined with the pedagogical work in seminars and training. People mainly from the Southern German region 'Baden' jointly carry out this work, among them the full-time staff of three in the offices in Heidelberg and Freiburg. The co-workers meet regularly for exchange of seminar experiences, internal continuing training, the Workshop's self-organisation and political discussion.
If you are interested in co-working we gladly receive your call in our offices in Heidelberg or Freiburg.
You have the possibility to support the work of the Workshop through a membership in the registered society 'Gewaltfrei Leben Lernen e.V.' ('Learning to Live Non-violently'), the Workshop's bearing body. Also donations are gladly received and are tax-deductible. Any amount is a valuable encouragement and building material for non-violent future.
Please request the respective information in our Heidelberg office.
We think the Workshop's offers are worth to be discovered by those who search for them. You can support us in making the Workshop known. You are welcome to order free information material in larger quantities for display in public places or for distribution to acquaintances at our Heidelberg office.
